About Me

Being a personal training in Victoria, BC allows me to use my passion for health and fitness to guide you towards your healthiest life! With thousands of sessions under my belt, I have worked with many diverse clients over the years. I know that you are unique and have your own strengths and limitations.

I will build you a custom plan based on your health, schedule, and (most importantly) your fitness goals. Together, we transform your body and give you the tools to take control of your health! The In Person Process

First, we will schedule a 30 minute over the phone consultation/goal setting session. I want to get to know you and your daily routine so I can create a fitness program that seamlessly fits into your life.

Every week I'll guide you through 2-4 60 minute training sessions in the gym. These workouts will be specifically tailored to your current fitness level and goals.

Between our one-on-one sessions, I'll provide you with additional at-home and/or in gym workouts depending on your goals.

Along the way, we'll work to fine tune important lifestyle factors such as sleep, diet, and stress. So that you can reach your goals as quickly as possible!

 

The Online Process

First, we will schedule a 30 minute over-the-phone consultation/goal setting session. I want to get to know you and your daily routine so I can create a fitness program that seamlessly fits into your life.

Then you'll get set up with a personalized training program on my app. This will be updated weekly, with changes made to keep things fresh and avoid plateauing. 

Every two weeks we'll have a check-in phone call. We'll talk about what has been working and what hasn't when it comes to your training/nutrition. 

Along the way, we'll work to fine tune important lifestyle factors such as sleep, diet, and stress. So that you can reach your goals as quickly as possible!
